Continuing with cross polerisation technique from a few days ago, today a stapler is subject to the same treatment (placed infront of a monitor and a polorising filter on the lens).

Using the same technique as yesterdays image. The tape was placed in front of the computer monitor, which was displaying a pure white image, and a polorizing filter was placed on the camera lens.

The filter, if set to the right angle, blocks the light from the monitor but light which is refracted by the plastic makes it through.

Using a polorizing filter and a computer monitor as back light brings out the stress lines in plastic.

Turned to black and white with just the glass scruture colour kept in photoshop.

Still problems with network, awaiting a new router/hub so periodic uploads only. 

However, still taking a shot a day.

Today, again a water droplet on a cd.  Changing the angle of the lighting and flash create differing colour hues.

Today's shot is of water droplets on a cd.

Lit from above with purple light.

Used two lenses, one held backwards infront of the other to give a maco lens.  Focus area can be a bit tricky as can be very very small.
